How we worked it out
Updated as you change the numbers.
- The text is turned into UTF-8 bytes; every 3 bytes become 4 Base64 characters from A–Z, a–z, 0–9, + and /.
Method and assumptions
Base64 represents binary data with 64 printable characters, growing it by about a third. It is an encoding, not encryption: anyone can decode it.
Questions
Is Base64 secure?
No. It only changes the representation; decoding needs no key.
